Hi I'm Angie Wells, founder of Shift Animal Wellness and Unbridled Potential™. I knew from a young age that I wanted to work with horses. I pursued that passion with everything I had—even as early as high school. But the surprising part?I didn’t fully step into the work I truly felt called to until I was almost 30.

Why?

Because like so many others in this industry, I was told there wasn’t real money in horses—unless I became a vet, vet tech, or horse trainer. I was encouraged to follow the traditional career paths, not my own inner knowing. 

While I was taught to master my skills with horses, I was never shown how to master the business and messaging side that would actually allow me to serve others and succeed long-term.

But I found my way.

Over the past decade, I’ve built an international equine wellness business rooted in natural health, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a rhythm that honors both horses and humans. My work has reached clients around the world. I’ve become a best-selling author. I’ve created educational resources, partnered with product lines, and created programs that support horse owners and professionals in transforming equine health naturally—and sustainably.
And I didn’t do it by following someone else’s formula. I did it by tuning in to my truth, refining my message, and learning how to build a business that aligns with who I really am.
