If you would like to update your payment information or cancel a current subscription; first, click the ‘Update your profile’ link at the bottom of any email you've received from Core Wellness Animal Naturopathy.
Step 2 - Confirm Your Request
Clicking on the 'Update your profile' link will take you to a secure page. Here you will need to enter a six-digit authentication code that will be emailed to you promptly.
Once you’ve entered this code, you’ll be able to update or edit your information.
Step 3 - Edit Profile and Subscription Information
Within Your Profile You can edit contact information, update the card on file, or cancel your subscription.
On the 'Update your profile' tab, you will be able to change your first name, last name, and email address.
If you have an active paid subscription, you'll also see a ‘Billing’ tab at the top of the page. Clicking on the billing tab will take you to a new billing page. From here, you’ll be able to see your subscription details.

NOTE: If the you click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email (next to the 'Update your profile' one), this will also cancel your subscription.
